Educational Point of light ships within Nepal only and uses self door delivery in Kathmandu valley & out of valley reputable courier & Domestic Transporter companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of Nepal within 3-5 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Educational Point of Light cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping is free for the orders above Rs.999/- in Kathmandu valley. Express delivery charges if applicable will be charged as per actual.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +977 9841312410  to cancel the order before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange:

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Educational Point of light  has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
